All payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
We do not have access to or store your full payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders worldwide using trusted fulfilment partners.
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first orders only.
If you are not satisfied within 14 days of receiving your order, you may initiate a return via our Self Returns Portal for a full refund of the product price.
- Return postage is covered by the customer at a flat rate of $9.99 AUD (or local currency equivalent).
- Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- If your Product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact hello@flowsleepclub.com within 14 days for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Consumer Law Notice (International Compliance)

Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Flow Sleep Club complies with all applicable international consumer and e-commerce regulations, including but not limited to those of Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and other jurisdictions where we operate or ship our products.
