Ever since my wife started using these she’s been snoring less and waking up less grumpy. Have given them a try myself and definitely breathe better and feel less groggy in the morning
10/10!!!! Since I started using these, I've been getting the best sleep I've ever had. I just thought I was a bad sleeper my whole life and always felt groggy waking up. It almost seems silly looking back because this was such an easy fix?? I also LOVE how aesthetic the boxes are, they look amazing on my bedside table and makes my bedtime routine feel so luxe.
