We want you to love your nights and days with Flow Sleep Club. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first order.

 

Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not feeling the difference within 14 days of receiving your first order, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.

  • The 14-day period begins on the day your parcel is delivered.
  • This policy applies to first orders only. 
  • Return postage is covered by the customer at a flat rate of $9.99 AUD for Australian customers, or the equivalent value in your local currency for international returns.
  • Returns are processed through by emailing hello@flowsleepclub.com. We are working on a self service returns portal which will be released soon. 
  • Once your return has been received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@flowsleepclub.com within 14 days of delivery.

After discussing the issue and determining there is fault or damage, we will happily replace or refund it at no cost to you, including shipping.

 

How to Return

  1. Email hello@flowsleepclub.com and let us know your order details with the reason for your return. Please attach photos if necessary. 
  2. We will reply within 3-5 business days with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your product back.
  3. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Consumer Rights

This policy is offered in addition to your rights under applicable domestic consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or any equivalent consumer standards in your local jurisdiction.
