Buy these nose strips! I've been wearing nose strips to help with my breathing at night for years and have tried so many brands but FSC by far has the best product. The strip does not budge all night and the strong core keeps the airway open so much better than other products. It has helped me sleep through the whole night consistently and I've already ordered more for my whole family.

Ever since my wife started using these she’s been snoring less and waking up less grumpy. Have given them a try myself and definitely breathe better and feel less groggy in the morning
